Ash Miller is the Interim Executive Director of The Cupcake Girls. This nonprofit organization provides nonjudgmental support, advocacy, and resources to those in the sex industry and survivors of sex trafficking.
With a mission centered on respect, relationships, and holistic care, Ash is a passionate leader who works tirelessly to empower individuals, dismantle stigma, and advocate for equity and justice. A former primary educator (pre-k-8th grade) for over a decade, that world was swapped for the sex industry in 2013. Since then, she has navigated life as a solopreneur, dancer, content creator, and general creatrix.
She believes in the power of connection and strives to ensure that marginalized communities are included in decision-making spaces. Her identity as a disabled queer femme, combined with her family’s generational history of advocacy, has shaped her understanding of what it means to move through a world that is often inaccessible and dismissive of certain bodies.
The Cupcake Girls, a nonprofit headquartered in the United States, provides trauma-informed services, holistic resources, and outreach to sex workers and survivors of trafficking.
Their mission is to dismantle sex trafficking while simultaneously supporting the safety and empowerment of consensual sex workers. They prioritize a model of care without hidden agendas, always centering the needs and aspirations of those they serve.
Through the work of their leaders, advocates, mentors, volunteers, and community partners, they offer wide-ranging support, helping participants achieve balance and growth across every dimension of life.
