Jeff Wilson is the driving force behind No Breaks, Inc., an incubator dedicated to adult traffic generation.
He entered the industry by managing and promoting affiliate programs. His expertise led him to VS Media in 2011, where he took over the Flirt4Free affiliate program.
At VS Media, Jeff oversaw consistent growth in both traffic and business development until the company was acquired in 2020. By 2021, he had risen to the position of Vice President. His achievements were recognized with an XBIZ Exec Award for Brand Ambassador of the Year and a YNOT Best Industry Representative nomination.
In 2023, he founded No Breaks to create products designed to generate traffic for both advertisers and independent creators.
In 2024, No Breaks debuted Kams.com, launching its Beta in February 2025. On the site, cam models share video content that promotes their work and directs audiences to their live cam rooms.
