“I probably don’t do enough self-care, but sleep is my go-to,” Bentley admitted, despite describing herself as a workaholic with ADD. She also finds balance through walking and running, which helps her “get out, breathe, and recharge, both mentally and physically.”
Despite her Las Vegas residence and high-profile career, Bentley revealed her homebody tendencies, often going to bed early. Still, she maintains social connections by going out with friends and cooking at home, activities that help her stay grounded in “normal, everyday stuff” as Mr. Burgh described it. Bentley emphasized that “it’s important to remain human and above all else, happy and healthy.”
