She added the affiliate marketing industry to the event’s focus, rebuilding the concept from the ground up. Roxana also introduced business retreats in Ibiza and Thailand, expanded the portfolio with Affiliate White Sensation, and launched a custom events division that designs personalized experiences for clients across the industry.
She is responsible for strategy, partnerships, and growth across the company’s initiatives, connecting models, platforms, affiliates, agencies, and brands throughout the performance marketing sector.
