Chicago – Acclaimed performer and filmmaker Seth Gamble today announced the release of Room 13, the highly anticipated first episode of Nocturna, the solo directorial debut of Siren Obscura. The visually arresting new scene, which pairs Gamble with Lilly Bell, is now available exclusively on LucidFlix.com.

In Room 13, Obscura transports viewers to a glamorous, high-fashion world of light and fantasy. Bell takes centerstage as Luna, a young woman who wasn’t expecting company, but when Riley (Gamble) steps into the titular room, neither of them act surprised. The air between them hums with unspoken tension, setting the stage for a game neither wants to acknowledge but both intend to play.  He watches. She waits. When their lips finally meet, slowly and deliberately, the question isn’t how this started—it’s whether it was ever meant to end.

Gamble, no stranger to immersive and character-driven performances, credits Obscura’s directorial vision for the film’s precise and atmospheric execution.

“Siren operates with an exacting eye. Every choice—light, shadow, framing—is intentional. She builds a world where the unspoken carries as much weight as the action itself. There’s a method to her process. She strips away the unnecessary, isolates what matters, and the result is visceral. You don’t just watch—you feel it.”

The Nocturna series promises a new kind of cinematic experience, where seduction meets structure, and emotion is framed with an almost architectural precision. Gamble emphasizes the power of this approach, particularly in his on-screen chemistry with Bell.

“Lilly is exceptional. So natural, so intuitive. She understands nuance—when to hold tension, when to release it. And that’s the kind of performance that turns a good scene into something unforgettable. You don’t direct that. You create the space for it, and you let it unfold.”

For her part, Bell was only too happy to return the compliment.

“I’m so excited for my debut for Lucid to come out! When I went to the shoot that day I had no idea that it was Siren’s solo directing debut, so that makes me feel even more honored to be part of this project. It’s been so long since I worked with Seth, and it was nice to have a fiery reunion. The type of scene we had is one of my favorites, which is to have intense passion, but also to let loose and be wild. Plus—some of the photos that Siren and I took are some of the prettiest pictures that I’ve taken in a very long time. I can’t wait for everyone to see this project.”

The launch of Nocturna marks the emergence of Siren Obscura as a filmmaker who brings a distinctive fusion of style and substance to the industry. Known for her work as a cinematographer and editor, her solo directorial debut establishes a clear and uncompromising new voice from LucidFlix.

“I’m beyond excited to introduce Nocturna, my directorial debut—a project that marks a bold departure from my usual non-narrative style. This series is a deep dive into a world of mood, mystery, and storytelling in a way I’ve never explored before. With Nocturna, I wanted to push my creative boundaries and craft something immersive, cinematic, and unlike anything I’ve done in the past. This project is also a special milestone in my ongoing collaboration with Seth Gamble and LucidFlix. Having worked closely with Seth over the past few years, I’ve always admired his ability to push creative boundaries, and I’m incredibly grateful for his trust in my vision. With Nocturna, Seth is stepping into the role of producer for the series, bringing his wealth of experience and passion for innovative storytelling to the project. His support has been invaluable in making this vision a reality, and I couldn’t ask for a better creative partner in bringing  Nocturna to life.”

Room 13, starring Seth Gamble and Lilly Bell, is now available exclusively on LucidFlix.com.
