Chicago—Beautiful porn starlet and entrepreneur Addis Fouche will be part of an all-star line up at a sex worker spoken word evening called, “Humanized,” a Down Divas Fundraiser happening at Carlo’s in Brooklyn, NY beginning at 8pm ET.
The event hosted by trans adult star Lucy Hart is a benefit for Down Divas, a peer-to-peer suicide hotline for trans people, run by sex workers.
“As a proud sex worker, it’s an honor to be invited to read my work from a memoir I am working on,” says Addis. “Like the event “Humanized,” my writing is raw, real and emotional, I am bringing the reader into my world and giving them a front row seat to the life I wanted and created for myself. Like the name of the event, the objective is to make the audience see that sex workers have the same wants and needs as anyone else but with a kinky twist!
