Philadelphia @ NY Giants: I’ve enjoyed the enthusiasm of giants fans this season, I’m a fan of Dart, it’ll be fun to see him develop as a QB. Eagles win
San Francisco @ Tampa: This should be a great matchup; SF has played well despite a mudslide of injuries. Baker has been playing like a rockstar & Purdy is questionable for this, so Bucs win.
Detroit @ Kansas City: This should be a good matchup. Detroit wins
Buffalo @ Atlanta: Buffalo wins
Chicago @ Washington: Washington wins

Week Five 5 – 9
Season 47 – 30 – 1
Thursday
Philadelphia @ NY Giants – Both teams lost last weekend with the Eagles falling to Denver and the Giants losing to the lowly Saints. This is a big rivalry game, but the Eagles have better talent. Eagles 31 Giants 17
Sunday
Denver @ NY Jets (London) – The Broncos went to Philly and pulled off an upset while the Jets lost at home against the Cowboys. Denver is playing solid football while the Jets appear to get a little worse every week. Denver 27 Jets 20
Los Angeles Rams @ Baltimore – The Ravens might be without Lamar Jackson again this week. They need to get things fixed fast our a once promising season starts slipping away. The Rams had a golden opportunity last Thursday to grab a victory over their hated rivals, the 49ers, but couldn’t get it done. I am less than impressed with both teams. Rams 23 Ravens 17
Dallas @ Carolina – Both teams are coming off wins last week against two bad teams. Dallas has shown signs of improvement are their offense is scoring a lot of points lately. Cowboys 31 Panthers 24
Arizona @ Indianapolis – The Cardinals lost at home against the Titans as they choked away a sure win. The Colts dismantled the Raiders at home. Indy has been most impressive the early part of the season. Colts 34 Cardinals 20
Seattle @ Jacksonville – I’m a little worried about a letdown after the Jags had a nice comeback victory over the Chiefs. Seattle racked up some impressive offensive statistics last week against the Bucs but still managed to lose the game. Jags 27 Seattle 20
Los Angeles Chargers @ Miami – The Chargers waisted an opportunity last week in losing at home against Washington, while Miami’s season is circling the drain with a 1 – 4 record. The Chargers get back on track with a road win against the lowly Dolphins. Chargers 27 Miami 20
Cleveland @ Pittsburgh – The Browns offense hasn’t played well so far this season, and last week their defense turned in a very poor performance. This is a great rivalry game so anything is possible, but the Steelers should win rather easily. Steelers 30 Browns 17
New England @ New Orleans – New Orleans chalked up their first win last week against the Giants while the Patriots surprised the world traveling to Buffalo and dispatching the Bills on national TV. It’s all about momentum, and the Patriots have more of it going into this game. Patriots 24 Saints 20
Tennessee @ Las Vegas – Both teams combine for a 2 – 8 record. It’s interesting that both teams’ lone victory so far has come on the road. But the Raiders should get their first home win this weekend. Raiders 27 Titans 17
San Francisco @ Tampa – Both teams arrive with 4 – 1 records and both teams have survived injuries in key positions, but there is magic at work in Tampa so far this season. Mayfield is having an MVP season. Tampa 34 San Francisco 31
Cincinnati @ Green Bay – Welcome to Cincinnati, Joe Flacco, you get the starting job on the road in Green Bay. At first glance one would figure the Bengals have no chance. Mind-set means a lot in football, and in the eyes of the Bengals’ players, especially on defense, this could be the shot in the arm to at least keep this game close. Packers 27 Bengals 23
Detroit @ Kansas City – The Chiefs haven’t been hitting on all cylinders, yet this season and they’ll have another major test this week when Detroit rolls into town. This should be a great game. Lions 31 Chiefs 27
Monday Night
Buffalo @ Atlanta – One must figure there was a little soul searching in Buffalo this week after the Patriots took down the Bills last Sunday Night. Atlanta comes off their bye week health, but they still have plenty of unanswered questions on both sides of the ball. Bills 31 Falcons 23
Chicago @ Washington – Coming off a bye week, the Bears still have questions on the offensive line and defensive secondary. Washington had a really nice road win last week against the Chargers and appear to be starting a winning streak. Washington 27 Chicago 23
