Chicago – Jim Steele sat down with Leigh Ann Steele of the popular Hustlers 2 Housewives podcast for a revealing 80-minute conversation covering everything from pen names to literary influences, with stops along the way to discuss the adult industry, politics, and even comfortable footwear.
During the wide-ranging interview, Episode 15 of Season 3, Steele disclosed the origin story behind his pen name and discussed his co-authorship of “Tommy Gunn: Unloaded,” the award-winning memoir he penned with industry legend Tommy Gunn, published by Tepris Press. The book, available at Amazon, is a work that Steele said he and Tommy were “incredibly proud of.”
When asked about his professional life beyond his own career, Steele discussed running Blue Movie PR, where he expressed his enjoyment of working with clients and meeting new people in the industry. “What a great chat with Leigh Ann! We first met at Exxxotica NJ last October, and when she asked me to come on Hustlers 2 Housewives, I jumped at the chance. I’m pretty selective about interviews, but this one felt different from the start – just a relaxed, fun conversation that I think people will really connect with.”
The conversation took an unexpected turn when Steele revealed his deep admiration for John Steinbeck and declared “The Great Gatsby” as a favorite book. But perhaps the most memorable moment came when Steele discussed his outlook on life and admitted to sometimes changing into slippers after arriving home, prompting Leigh Ann to christen him “The Mister Rogers of Porn.”
The moniker caused Steele to laugh heartily before quipping that he might add it to his Twitter bio—though at press time, Steele’s social media profile bears no mention of the children’s television icon.
