Chicago — EMMREPORT has named Kalli Poon, also known as Miss Poon, as the first subject of FYC 27: For Your Consideration, a new editorial series spotlighting the performers, creators, productions, products, and events that have made an impact in 2026. Poon earned the selection after taking Wifey by storm in her Vixen debut, a career milestone that followed eight years of independent work. “It was incredible. What an incredible day,” she said of the experience. “I got treated like a princess literally all day.”
The recognition arrives as Poon seeks placement on the 2027 AVN Fan Awards ballot in Hottest Studio Newcomer, Most Amazing Ass and Unsung Darling. Her Wifey debut began with a spontaneous response to an X post and quickly became the mainstream opportunity she once considered impossible. “It’s been a dream come true,” Poon said, crediting the community that supported her journey. Fans can submit Kalli Poon or MissPoon69 through the AVN Fan Awards pre-nomination page before September 20 here: http://awards.avn.com/pre-nomination
