Chicago—Holly Randall made an appearance during the Rachel Maddow Show this week in a short video clip, as the popular MSNBC host discussed the rising opposition to the Republican party’s proposed political initiative Project 2025.

The segment highlighted the renowned photographer and filmmaker’s advocacy against the project’s proposed pornography ban, and in particular referred to the adult industry’s ‘Hands Off My Porn’ campaign, as Randall has been a vocal critic of the Project 2025 roadmap, which seeks to criminalize pornography and impose extreme penalties on its creators and distributors.

In a recent interview with The New York Times, Randall stated, “Project 2025’s ban on pornography is the most extreme proposal I have ever seen, and voters have to take that threat seriously. We cannot simply rely on precedent that consuming pornography is legal and has been legal for a long time.”

Her appearance in the MSNBC clip comes at a crucial moment as the Hands Off My Porn campaign, led by industry professionals and advocates, gains traction in its fight to protect the adult industry from government overreach.
