XMA and AVN nominated in just 2 years
– Nina Nova has earned her first industry award nominations after just 2 years performing, cementing the rising star as a performer well worth keeping an eye on as she continues to break into mainstream. Her first ever nomination came from the XMAs, one she admits she found out about while eating late night tacos following the XMA nomination party at Sound in Hollywood.
“In The VIP: Club Heat” put out by Reality Kings landed a nomination for Best Sex Scene- Orgy/Group. In this knock-out scene, Nova was featured amongst industry top-runners Nicole Doshi, Cami Strella, Alex Jones, Tommy King, Hollywood Cash, Musa Phoenix, and Jazmin Luv.
“It just feels so surreal to see my name among some of my biggest ‘possibility models’ in this industry. Not to mention the incredible list of performers nominated throughout the category as a whole. I couldn’t be more honored to have received my first nomination for a scene composed of some of the most talented stars out there right now, not to mention the incredible crew that put their all into making this happen behind the scenes,” Nova said of her XMA nomination.
Her excitement didn’t end there, as the following night, while preparing to head out from the AVN nomination party at The Avalon in Hollywood, she discovered yet another one of her scenes was up for an AVN nomination – a career-long dream of hers. A dream she celebrated by popping a champagne bottle in the parking lot of The Avalon with industry friends.
“Stepdad Gets Fucked 5” put out by Severe Sex Films landed a nomination for Best Niche Movie or Collected Release. In this taboo scene, Nova debuted her pegging skills for the first time on camera, with her scene landing itself directly on the box cover. This collection has Nova starring alongside Leda Lotharia, Sydney Screams, and Jimmy Broadway.
“To see all of my hard work come to fruition and to have one of my scenes recognized by the most prestigious institution in this industry is an indescribable feeling. Since my first day in this industry, I knew this was something I wanted more than anything. And I knew I wanted it now. I manifested this dream into reality, through hard work, blood, plenty of sweat, and my fair share of tears. I’m just so grateful to all those who granted me the many opportunities that got me here,” Nova said of her AVN nomination.
With fan award nominations still to be announced, it’s yet to be known whether Nova will rack up a few more before this award season comes to a close. Regardless, it’s abundantly clear that this is but the beginning for this rising star – destined to make her mark.
