Thursday
Baltimore over Miami – Lamar Jackson should play Thursday as the Ravens try to win their second game in a row. The Ravens can still win the division trailing the shaking Steelers by one two games. The Dolphins finally found their offense last week as they boat-raced the Falcons 34 – 10. I think that was a one-off as the Dolphins are still a bad team. Ravens 31 Dolphins 20
Sunday
Chicago @ Detroit – Chicago struggled on both sides of the ball last week in their loss to the Ravens. Joe Flacco his having problems with his shoulder which could obviously impact the game if he can’t go. The Bengals defense cost them the game last week as the Jets put up 39 points. This game is a coin toss. Chicago 27 Bengals 24
Minnesota @ Detroit – The Lions had last week off while the Vikings were getting smoked by the Chargers 37 – 10. The Vikings are having real problems on offense. This game shouldn’t be close. Lions 34 Vikings 20
Carolina @ Green Bay – The Panthers have been a roller coaster team so far this season. Last week they fell to the Bills 40 – 9 at home. Now they take their trainwreck to Green Bay to face a Packer team coming off a 10-point win on the road in Pittsburgh. Packers 31 Carolina 13
Denver @ Houston – The Broncos are coming off a 20-point win at home against Dallas while Houston celebrates an 11 – point win at home against the 49ers. Denver rides a 5 – game winning streak into this game while Houston lacks consistency. Broncos 24 Houston 20
Atlanta @ New England – Another team that lacks consistency is the Falcons. Last week they failed to show in their humiliating loss to the lowly Dolphins. The Patriots are 6 – 2 sitting atop the AFC East winning their last 5 games. Everything works in favor of the Pats this week. Patriots 31 Atlanta 17
San Francisco @ NY Giants – Both of these teams face similar situations. Both have a ton of injuries, and their defenses can’t stop anybody, and their offenses aren’t that hot either. Flip a coin on this baby. 49ers 23 Giants 21
Indianapolis @ Pittsburgh – The Colts must be taken seriously at this point sitting on top of the AFC South with a 7 – 1 record. The Steelers have lost their last two games, but they are getting a dome team outside and on real grass. Aaron Rodgers is showing his age more and more as the season progresses. Colts 27 Steelers 24
Los Angeles Chargers @ Tennessee – The Chargers found their offense last week in their 27 – point win over the Vikings while the Titans took a 24 – point beating at the hands of the Colts. All signs point to a Chargers blowout win, but consistency creeps in to play a roll in the Chargers case. The Chargers will win but it will be closer than anyone expects. Chargers 34 Titans 24
New Orleans @ Los Angeles Rams – The Saints lost at home by 20 points to Tampa last week while the Rams were on their bye. This game could turn ugly fast for the Saints. Rams 31 Saints 17
Jacksonville @ Las Vegas – After a solid start to the season, the Jags have lost their last two games. If they want to stay in the wild card race, they must start stacking wins now. And what better place to start is in Las Vegas against the against the 2 – 5 Raiders. Jacksonville 30 Raiders 23
Kansas City @ Buffalo – We’ve seen this act before thus the outcome will not change. Buffalo hasn’t been as dominant as in the past and yet it’s the Chiefs defense that has been the best part of that team lately. Chiefs 31 Bills 24
Seattle @ Washington – Seattle comes into this game sitting atop the NCF West with a 5 – 2 record while the Commanders have played again, inconsistently, losing their last 3 games including a 21 – point loss to the Chiefs. Seahawks 27 Commanders 23
Monday Night
Arizona @ Dallas – The Cardinals are coming off their bye week while the Cowboys are coming off an ass-kicking from the Broncos. Both teams need this win desperately to have any hope of making a playoff run. Dallas 31 Arizona 23
